On March 11, 2005, the six feedstuffs certification organizations accredited by the State Commission of Monitoring and Management for Certification, including the China Quality Certification Center, jointly announced the list of products and enterprises receiving certification for the first time. East Ocean Oils & Grains Industries (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd., a COFCO company, and the company’s eight feedstuffs products appeared on the list. Moreover, the company had the most products certified in the top 50 of the list.
The following East Ocean products received certification: compound feed for growing-finishing swine, compound feed for growing ducks, compound feed for laying ducks, feed supplement for dairy cows, compound feed for young broiler ducks, compound feed for laying chickens, compound feed for young broiler chickens and compound feed for starter pigs.
