Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. reached the strategic cooperation agreement with SPA, the leading solution supplier in the company management field of the world, in Hohhot City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on December 28, 2012. Ms. Yiping Sun for Mengniu Dairy and Ms. Hera K. Siu for SAP signed the strategic cooperation memorandum. It marks enhanced alliance of the two parties in information management.

SAP started to have contact with Mengniu Dairy in 2012. The two parties had good discussion on information management.
