COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited (CBL) was a joint venture established in 2000, by two World Fortune 500 companies, with COFCO Corporation holding 65% share and The Coca-Cola Company holding 35%. CBL is the only bottling group in China whose biggest shareholder is Chinese. It is directly controlled by China Foods (a brand consumer goods company listed in HK Stock Exchange), having about 20,000 employees.

       Under the franchise of The Coca-Cola Company, CBL manufactures, distributes, promotes and sells Coca-Cola series products in the franchised territories, and provides consumers with 24 brand products of 10 categories, including Sparkling, Juice, Fruit Milk, Water, Functional Water, Coffee, RTD Tea, Energy Drink and as such, among which 12 products’ global annual sales revenue exceed 1 billion US dollars.

       As one of the fastest growing Coca-Cola bottling partners, CBL has entered Top 10 Bottlers of Coca-Cola Global System at 10 years’ age, ranking 6th right now.
