Mr. Jun LYU Chairman

Mr. Jun LYU graduated from China Agricultural University with a Master's degree of Agricultural Engineering. He joined COFCO in 1993 and used to be the Vice President of COFCO. In 2013, he joined Sinograin and was the Chairman of Sinograin. He was back to COFCO in 2018.

Mr. Richeng LUAN President

Mr. Richeng LUAN graduated with a Master’s degree of Chinese literature from Shandong University and EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School. He used to be the GM of Chinatex Corporation and joined COFCO in 2016.

Mr. Xindong WANG Vice President

Mr. Xindong WANG graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachlor's degree in Agronomy and another Bachlor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Management from China Agricultural University. He joined COFCO in 2020.

Mr. Jian SU CFO

Mr. Jian SU graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He joined COFCO in 2020.

Mr. Lin QU Vice President

Mr. Lin QU graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of railway traffic and transportation management engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University and a MBA degree from Tsinghua University. He joined COFCO in 2021.

Mr. Ze ZHU Vice President

Mr. Ze ZHU graduated from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences with a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Management, and holds an MBA degree from the Business School of the National University of Singapore. He joined COFCO in 2022.

Mr. Guanghong XU Vice President

Mr. Guanghong XU graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in economics. He joined COFCO in 1992.

Mr. Lijun QING Vice President

Mr. Lijun QING graduated from Renmin University of China with a Bachelor’s degree in Investment Economics and MBA degree from Peking University. He joined COFCO in 1993.

Ms. Huiqing Ye Vice President

Ms. Huiging Ye holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beijing Technology and Business University where she majored in Accounting,  and a Master's degree in Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She joined COFCO in 2024.

Mr. Dongjiang LUO Board Member

Mr. Dongjiang LUO graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Xiamen University. He joined COFCO in 2017.

Mr. Jiakang Sun Board Member

Mr. Jiakang Sun graduated with a Master's degree in Transportation Planning and Management from Dalian Maritime University, Senior Engineering. He joined COFCO in 2021.

Mr. Fushen Li Board Member

Mr. Fushen Li graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Jilin Engineering Institute，Senior Accountant. He joined COFCO in 2021.

Mr.Kenneth Fok Kai Kong Board Member

Mr. Fok Kai Kong graduated from the University of Oxford, majored in Economics and Management.

He serves as Deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, Vice-Chairman of All-China Youth Federation, Member of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC), Member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council,and Vice President of Henry Fok Ying Tung Group Company Limited.

He joined COFCO in 2023.

Dr. Xiang GAO Board Member

Dr. Xiang GAO graduated with a PhD degree in Management from Renmin University of China. He joined COFCO in 1993.
